Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your IU account and data at any time, even without opening the app.
How to request it
Send an email to contato@iuhub.me, from the same address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We process the request within 15 business days and let you know by email once it's done.
What gets deleted
Your name, email, phone number, photo, description and business details; the referrals and requests you created; the messages you sent; your private notes and evaluations; and your device's notification token.
What may still exist
Referrals other people made about you remain in their own account (it is a record of what they referred), but stop being linked to your account. We may also keep, for a limited time, technical records required for security or legal reasons.
Just want to adjust some data, not delete everything?
From the app/site itself, without emailing us, you can already: change your name and photo, remove public contacts, and in "My professions" hide or block specific referrals.
